  • Absolutely not. I work with beginners and experienced lifters alike. Every program is built around your current level, movement history, and goals.

  • Training frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery capacity. Most clients train two to three times per week, while sport-specific or performance-driven programs may involve more frequent sessions. Programming is always tailored to the individual.

  • I work with people from all walks of life who are ready to take care of themselves and make a positive change. Background and experience don’t matter. What unites the people I work with is a willingness to show up, stay committed, and put in the work to improve. The goal is progress, not perfection.

  • That’s what the initial call is for. Coaching works best when there’s alignment. If it’s not the right fit, I’m happy to recommend another coach who may be better suited for you.

  • Training is conducted at select strength facilities across Austin. I also offer in-home or residential gym sessions when clients have access to an appropriate training space.
