01 — Schedule a Call
We start with a 15–20 minute phone call to talk through your goals, training history, schedule, and expectations. This helps us determine if we’re a strong fit to work together.
02 — Assessment Session
Your first in-person session includes a movement and strength assessment. From there, I build a structured program tailored specifically to you.
03 — Train With Purpose
Once we begin, the goal is simple. Train well, build strength, and improve steadily over time.
